Time to Pay Department & Production Fees for 2025-2026

for CHS Cowboy Theatre Company

In order to pay Theatre Department and Production Fees, please go to the

My Account tab

Update Parent and Student's information 

 Make sure the Student is put in the correct Class and Save

You will then go back to My Account and your Available Forms for the Class your Student is in will be visible.

Please note that if you have a Musical Theatre Student then your fees are included for Grease!

Payment plan options are available only until 6/30/2025, after this date payments will be required to receive in full.

Grease payments are due no later than 7/28/2025

once it is set up  please go to

My account tab -

Previous purchases - You will see an order number click on that and then Schedule or Make Payments button - it shows what the next payment date is and your previously paid.
